IFX have made it simple to manage your money abroad.

To Manage your IFX MasterCard® Prepaid Currency Card and Money in the UK and abroad, simply:

  • Login online and choose ‘Summary’ or ‘Move Funds’ tabs
  • Call our automated telephone line: 0845 225 0043 or 020 7070 4905
  • Text the bold words from the list below to 80777:

BLOCK Block your card(s) from being used

BLOCK XXXX Block a specific card from being used

UNBLOCK Enable your card(s) after blocking use

UNBLOCK XXXX Enable a specific card again after blocking use 
 

LOST Report your card(s) lost

STOLEN Report your card(s) stolen

STOLEN XXXX Report a specific card stolen

BAL Check total balance

BAL XXXX Check card balance

MOVE amount from XXXX to XXXX Move money from card to card

Note: Amount indicates the money value and XXXX indicates the last 4 digits of the 16 digit card number.

This service only applies if cards are registered to the mobile number that the text is being sent from.

Balance updates by text: standard network rates apply when you text us. Text replies from us are FREE. Block, unblock, lost and stolen card and move money services are charged at 20p each. Full details of all our fees can be found in the terms and conditions.
