Top-up your IFX MasterCard® Prepaid Currency Card

It’s easy to Top-up your IFX Currency card by:

• Credit/debit card
• Bank Transfer

Credit/Debit Card

To top-up using your credit/debit card,

• Simply log-in and select the 'Top-up' option from the menu.
• Enter the required details together with the Top-up amount.

Important: For your added security, we only accept top-ups by credit/debit cards that have been registered for MasterCard® secure code or Verified by Visa®. Visit the MasterCard or Visa websites for further information or contact your card issuer for details.

In order to top-up using your credit/debit card you need to register it first with Customer Care. Please ensure you wait 72 hours after registration before using your card to Top-up either your IFX card or eccount.

We may impose a maximum top-up limit by credit/debit card for your protection against fraud. Top-ups may take two working days or longer to be available in your IFX eccount.

To protect our customers, and where fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend online Top-ups

Bank Transfer

You can also top-up your IFX MasterCard® Prepaid Currency Card/eccount by transferring funds from any bank account for FREE. Simply go to the "Top-up" tab once logged in and select Bank Account Details.

Your money will be available within 4 working days.

Please note: that the exchange rate you recieve is the rate at the time the funds clear onto your card, not the day that you make the transfer.
